As hunger, thirst or sleep deprivation increase, the player is notified by periodic sound effects.

These effects kick in shortly before the first penalties occur, so the player is given a chance to eat, drink or sleep in time.

Missed this and a bunch of the other stuff from PN back when I last played. Great to have this again in a modular form.

my char stays awake for 24 in game hour but only get like 30% sleep meter. is it normal?
